Maintain a regular fitness routine. Exercise is key to a healthy body and to maintaining a healthy weight. Incorporate resistance and cardiovascular exercises into your routine for the best results. It’ll help build lean muscle mass and increase your metabolism. I use a fit bit to help monitor my steps. Although I’m not very well and can’t do much exercise, keeping an eye on my steps really helps.
